'BALL BOYS': Who's To Blame For The Orioles' Losing Streak? (VIDEO)

The stars of the ABC show and owners of Robbie's 1st Base in Lutherville talk about Baltimore's prospects of another under-performing season.

Robbie Davis, Jr. and Robbie Davis, Sr. are diehard baseball fans, making it difficult for them season after season to root for the Baltimore Orioles.

Still, their sports memorabilia shop— in Lutherville—is adorned with jerseys from Orioles greats like Eddie Murray, Brooks Robinson and Cal Ripken Jr. Even modern era players like Brian Roberts and Nick Markakis get a place on the shelf.

Now that the shop has been thrust into the spotlight by way of the ABC pawn-style reality show , thousands if not millions of fans have tuned into to see the Davis men talk sports and honor sports history.

That is why, Patch checked in with "Junior" and "Senior" (their show monikers) to see who they think is to blame for the Orioles 14-year slump. The answers may surprise you. (See video)

Ball Boys airs on Saturdays at 3 and 3:30 p.m. on ABC. The Orioles take on the Twins in the season opener Friday at 3:05 p.m.

Are you going to opening day? Are you still a diehard O's fan despite a string of losing seasons? Do you agree with "Junior" or "Senior"? Start the conversation in the comments section below.

Peter Angelos is the Robert Irsay of Baltimore baseball (or what's left of it) and the sooner he sells the Orioles the better. I can remember the years in the 1960's when the Orioles were ALWAYS CONTENDERS. Year after year we thought that THIS would be the year we went all the way. And in 1966 we did just that! The Orioles used to have a farm team in Rochester, New York where new talent was developed and where players who were in need of (how should I put it) attitude adjustments. For decades (not years) the Orioles and the Baltimore Colts were the hottest tickets in Baltimore (maybe with the exception of box seats at the Gayety Theater, but that's one for another article). Then...Peter Angelos came to town and it's been downhill ever since. This year the Orioles sunk to a new low when they were beaten in an exhibition game by (dear God I can't believe I'm saying this) a JUNIOR COLLEGE TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm betting on the Orioles losing more than 100 games this year.

Harry you hit it out of the ballpark. Peter Angelos is the reason for the downfall of the Orioles. Its all about money to him not the love of the game!

Peter Angelos absolutely needs to go. In fact the team should consider a complete overhaul of the management staff. Every time I go to a game there are more fans for the other team. Like usual they start off hot....and then bomb it in the end of season. I mean honestly, when is the last time they even made the playoffs? Wasn't it like 1997?
