Trashy road patch work done on merritt blvd. Oct. 31 2013  many trucks , many men what a trashy way to treat dundalk residents to the messy ways that they ripped up sections of merritt of blvd. and hurriedly repairs. Supose that we were in Towson, Wouldn't have happened.
