Attempted Murder, Armed Robberies: Dundalk Crime Roundup

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Dec. 16: Armed robbery - knife, 7200 block of East Baltimore Street, 21224

At 3:43 a.m., a man jumped the counter at the 7-Eleven and displayed a knife. He fled after taking money and cigarettes. The suspect is a male.

Dec. 12: Armed robbery - gun, 800 block of Mildred Avenue, 21222

At 8:10 p.m., three suspects were arrested after they assaulted the victim and took his property. One of the suspects was armed with a gun and fired a round that did not strike the victim. The suspects fled, but were later arrested by responding officers. All of the victim's property was recovered.

Dec. 9: First-degree assault, 7900 block of Eastdale Road, 21222

At 11 a.m., the victim advised that he was assaulted by two acquaintances. One suspect pointed a gun at him. The investigation is ongoing.

Dec. 8: Attempted murder, 2000 block of Merritt Boulevard, 21222

At 9:10 p.m., a man was walking behind the Mini Mart when two suspects approached him and demanded his book bag. He told officers that one of the suspects stabbed him. The victim was treated for injuries that were not life-threatening. Both suspects are males, 5-foot-9.

Dec. 7 to Dec. 13: First-degree burglary, 1900 block of Wills Road, 21222

Between 5:30 a.m. on Dec. 7 and 5 p.m. on Dec. 13, an unknown suspect forced open the front door and took metal items.

Dec. 6: First-degree burglary, 400 block of Overview Avenue, 21224

Between 5:20 and 9:18 a.m., an unknown suspect broke the rear kitchen door and took electronics, jewelry and money.

Dec. 2: Robbery, 7800 block of Eastern Avenue, 21224

At 5:20 p.m., four suspects overpowered the victim in the men's restroom at Eastpoint Mall. Money was taken. The first suspect is a black male, 20 to 25 years old, 5-foot-7 and 180 pounds. The second suspect is a black male, 20 to 25 years old and 5-foot-3. The third suspect is a male, 18 to 25 years old. The fourth suspect is a male, 18 to 25 years old, and 5-foot-6.

Dec. 2 to Dec. 4: Second-degree burglary, 2500 block of Ruth Avenue, 21219

Between 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 2 and 9 a.m. on Dec. 4, an unknown suspect pried a door to enter Free State Oil. Tools and a heater were moved near the doorway.

Dec. 1: Armed robbery - gun, unit block of Guyway, 21222

At 8:30 p.m., three suspects assaulted the victim and took money from him. One of the suspects was armed with a gun. The first suspect is a black male, 18 to 25 years old, 5-foot-8 and 150 pounds. The other two suspects are black males, 18 to 25 years old, 6-foot and 180 pounds.
