Swinging an ax in a threatening manner during an argument with a roommate has resulted in the arrest of a Dundalk man.
Jack Geiman, 47, of the 700 block of North Point Road, was charged with first-degree assault and is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center, Baltimore County Police spokeswoman Cpl. Cathy Batton said Friday.
Police were called to the home at 2:14 a.m. Oct. 8, after receiving a call about an argument between two roommates, according to police reports.
The victim got into an argument with Geiman about Geiman's alleged drug use, Batton said.
During the argument, Geiman went to his bedroom, retrieved a "large ax" and started swinging it at the victim, according to the report.
The victim was not injured, according to the report.
Seriously, most times when I hear of things like this, there is 'blame' on both sides of the table with the victim and the aggressor.
