Baltimore County Police: 1 Shot in Mo's Seafood Robbery

Officials said the victim, who was hospitalized, is the manager of the Eastern Avenue restaurant.

The manager of the Eastern Avenue Mo's Seafood restaurant was hospitalized after being shot during an armed robbery Tuesday morning, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.

At 12:50 a.m., two masked men with handguns entered the restaurant on the 7600 block of Eastern Avenue as employees were preparing to close, police said.

One suspect detained five employees in the front of the store while the other man escorted the manager into the back office and took cash, police said.

According to the report, there was a struggle and the gun went off, hitting the manager in the chest.

Police said that the manager, a 54-year-old man, was treated for injuries not believed to be life threatening at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.
