Dundalk Crime: Multiple Burglary Arrests

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

Waldman Avenue, 7300 block, between 12 p.m. Sept. 8 and 5 p.m. Sept 11. A pressure washer was reportedly stolen from a yard next to a home. A woman later reported that a man approached her, asking if she was interested in buying a pressure washer.

Matthew Ryan Roesler, 21, of the 7200 block of Hughes Ave., was arrested and charged with fourth-degree burglary and attempted theft of less than $100 in connection with the incident.

Playfield Street, unit block, 2:55 a.m., Sept. 4. A man entered the backyard of a home, allegedly attempting to commit a theft, but was arrested by Baltimore County police.

David Edward Ensinger, 18, of the 8000 block of Bank St., Baltimore, was charged with fourth-degree burglary and theft of less than $1,000 in connection with the case.

Wagner Avenue, 2500 block, 6:19 p.m., Sept. 2. An anonymous witness reportedly observed three teenage males entering a vacant house, whose owner is now in an assisted living home, through a side door and notified police. A Baltimore County police K-9 unit responded and three teenagers were spotted running from the home. Marijuana was found in the home and two 15-year-old male teenagers, and a 16-year-old male teenager, were arrested, police said.

North Point Road, 9600 block, 9:56 p.m., Aug. 31. A man allegedly entered the Veterans Administration's property at Fort Howard and attempted to steal copper wire from a vacant building. According to Baltimore County police, $700 in copper wire was later recovered.

James Patrick Fast, 30, of the 200 block of Sipple Ave., Nottingham, was arested and charged with two counts of fourth-degree burglary, malicious destruction of property, theft of less than $1,000, trespassing, possession of marijuana and fourth-degree possession of burglary tools, in connection with the incident.

North Snyder Avenue, 2500 block, 1:13 p.m, Aug. 25. A homeowner was working in his yard when he allegedly observed a black vehicle leaving his shed. The homeowner reportedly followed the vehicle to where he identified his property, which included a radiator and linked chains, Baltimore County police said.

Andrew Jonathan Kirkland, 22, of the 2600 block of Masseth Ave., was arrested and charged with fourth-degree burglary and theft of less than $1,000 in connection with the case.

Welsh Avenue, 2500 block, 8 p.m., Aug. 23. Two women allegedly stole three extension cords from sheds at the above location and the 2400 block of Carolyn Ave., according to

Beverly Dawn Beaver, 37, of the 2500 block of Peck Ave., Baltimore, was arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree burglary and two counts of fourth-degree burglary, and two counts of theft of less than $1,000.

Page Glenwood Matthews, 20, of the 2500 block of Peck Ave., Sparrows Point, was arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree burglary and two counts of fourth-degree burglary, and three counts of theft of less than $1,000, in connection with the incidents.

Evergreen Drive, 1700 block, 7:20 p.m., Aug. 23. A neighbor was allegedly seen leaving an apartment after entering it without the owner's permission. When the resident returned, she reported that a DVD player and movies were missing and an extension cord led from her apartment to a neighbor's apartment who did not have electricty, according to Baltimore County police.

David Russell Scurto, Jr., 46, of the 1700 block of Evergreen Drive, was arrested and charged with first-degree, second-degree and fourth-degee burglary, and theft of less than $1,000 in connection with the case.
