Dundalk Crime: Pulling Knife on Neighbors Gets Man Arrested

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Baltimore County Police Department officials have reported the following recent crimes in the Dundalk area:

June 28: First-degree assault, 7500 block of Westfield Road

At 11:01 a.m., a man ran to his neighbor’s home and pulled a knife from his pocket. He swung the knife at a man and a woman who were sitting on the porch talking. William Storms, 35, was arrested and charged with assault.

June 27: Commercial burglary, 4000 block of North Point Boulevard

At 11:32 p.m., a man shattered the front door of Subway. The suspect fled without taking anything. The suspect is a male, 5-foot-10, 180 pounds with a large build.

June 27-30: Commercial burglary, 7400 block of North Point Road

Between 6 a.m. on June 27 and 5:30 a.m. on June 30, an unknown suspect damaged a chain-link fence at Sparrows Point High School. The suspect entered a storage area and tampered with a canoe.

June 26-28: First-degree burglary, 8100 block of Del Haven Road

Between 7:30 a.m. on June 26 and 7:11 p.m. on June 28, an unknown suspect entered the home, possibly through an unlocked door. Money, jewelry, a safe, electronics, coins and medication were taken.

June 23-25: Attempted commercial burglary, 7200 block of Rolling Mill Road

Between 5 p.m. on June 23 and 5 a.m. on June 25, an unknown suspect tried to cut a hole into the Mr. Fish store. The suspect could not gain entry.
