Dundalk Crime Roundup: Robberies, Assault, Arson

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

The following is a summary of recent crime in the North Point Police Precinct 12:

August 15: Armed robbery, Center Place and Dundalk Avenue

At 11:10 p.m., an acquaintance struck the victim with a baseball bat and took his cellular phone.

August 15: Fourth-degree burglary, 6718 Holabird Ave.

At 10 p.m., an unknown suspect entered Progressive Property Real Estate through the front door. The suspect were confronted by an employee, and fled on foot. There is no suspect description.

August 15: Second-degree arson, 2400 block of Lodge Farm Road

At 2:15 a.m., an unknown suspect set fire to trash and a mailbox. The suspect also placed burning trash in the fuel door of a vehicle.

August 13: Armed robbery - gun, 7200 block of Sollers Point Road

At 11:30 p.m., a suspect approached the victim at a bus stop and displayed a handgun. The suspect took the victim's backpack, wallet, money and video games. There is no suspect description.

August 14: First-degree burglary, unit block of Ashwood Road

At 9:15 p.m., a man entered the victim's home through an unlocked front door. He took keys to the victim's car and then fled in her 2007 Chrysler van. The suspect is a male with a medium build, light complexion, and brown hair.

August 13 to August 14: Commercial burglaries (multiple cases), 8800 block of Wise Avenue

Between 6 p.m. on August 13 and 10:30 a.m. on August 14, an unknown suspect broke into nine storage lockers by cutting the locks. It is unknown if anything is missing at this time.
