At approximately 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, a man entered in the Merritt North Shopping Center, pulled a knife and demanded that a store employee give him money from the cash register, according to Baltimore County police reports. The man then ran off toward the Berkshire neighborhood with $270.

The armed robber was described as a white male, in his 30s, 5 feet 9 inches tall, wearing a baseball cap, jeans and a blue-hooded sweatshirt with a white logo.
