Dundalk Men Charged in Flea Market Burglary

Two Dundalk men are accused of attempting to break into the late Sunday night.
According to Baltimore County police reports, Timothy Kieffer Devor, 19, and Daniel Edward Locklear, 22, used a pry bar and bolt cutters in an attempt to break into the popular flea market in the 2400 block of North Point Boulevard.
The men damaged two exterior doors, a roll-up door and an interior fire door before police arrived on the scene. They fled on foot and were later found in the woods, with the aid of a K-9 unit, near the rear of Plaza Flea Market, police reports state.

Devor, of the 8100 block of Midhaven Road, and Locklear, of the 1900 block of Ewald Road, were charged with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree burglary, fourth-degree theft, use of burglary tools and malicious destruction of property.
Both remained at the Baltimore County Detention Center as of Wednesday afternoon.

Trial dates are scheduled for Oct. 28., court records state.
