Police: Ex-boyfriend Charged in Assault; Auto Thief Caught

Edsworth Avenue, 7300 block, 3:27 a.m., June 12. A man entered a home of an ex-girlfriend at the above location through a second-story, rear window and once inside an argument began with another man, according to police. The man who entered the home through the window struck the other man inside the home in the face, police allege. When the ex-girlfriend stepped in to break-up the altercation, she was assaulted as well, police allege.

Joshua George Kimmerle, 22, of the 2700 block of Moorgate Rd., Dundalk, was charged with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree assault, and malicious destruction of property less than $500.

Longpoint Road, 8100 block, 4:04 a.m., June 18. A man fleeing from police bailed out of a stolen auto and attempted to force his way into a home at the above location, police allege. The man who bailed from the auto was stopped from the entering the house by a 20-year-old resident and was arrested, according to police reports.

James Lamont Holley, 21, of the 1000 block of Anglesa St., Baltimore, was charged with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, theft of less than $10,000, unauthorized removal of property, third-degree burglary and malicious destruction of property over $500.

Rabon Avenue, 7500 block, 4:54 p.m., June 15. A man involved with an attempted theft, police allege, was caught after a pursuit on foot after destroying a gate and fence.

Dathan Patrick Tharon Raynor, 22, of the 1000 block of Tace Dr., Essex, was charged with fourth-degree burglary, malicious destruction of property less than $500, and obstructing and hindering arrest.

Yorkway, 3400 block, 7:14 p.m., June 19. Two teenagers and a 12-year-old male approached a 15-year-old bicyclist and began beating him and attempted to pull his bicycle away, but were unsuccessful.

Tehran Dupree Lewis, 18, of 100 block of Oak St., was charged with robbery.

Lincoln Avenue, 2400 block, 6:30 p.m., June 13. After being evicted and told not to return to the property, a woman was found inside a trailer home at the above location.

Kristina Lee Perry, 31, of the 7800 block of Charlesmont Rd., was charged with fourth-degree burglary and trespassing.

Whiteway Road, 3100 block, 2:36 a.m., June 10. While patrolling on the street an officer observed two men rifling through a parked car.

Clinton L. Langford, 29, of the 3100 block of Whiteway Rd., was charged with two counts of possession of motor vehicle burglary tools, fourth-degree theft, and two counts of attempted theft of less than $100.

Christopher A. Wagner, 21, of the 3100 block of Whiteway Rd., was charged with two counts of possession of motor vehicle burglary tools, fourth-degree theft, and two counts of attempted theft of less than $100.

Oakwood Road, 400 block, between June 11 and June 15. An unknown suspect or suspects entered a home at the above location by kicking in a rear door, and once inside removed several copper water pipes. The suspect or suspects cut the water shut off valve, causing the basement to flood.

Parnell Avenue, alley near Ralls Avenue, 2:20 a.m., June 12. At the above location, a male victim was grabbed from behind by one man while two other men took a cell phone and black leather wallet containing $60.

Liberty Parkway, 2500 block, 4:40 p.m., June 10. Several suspects entered the home at the above location by opening the front window and stole two televisions and $800 in currency.

Wallford Drive, 3300 block, between 11 p.m. June 12 and 6:10 a.m. June 13. Unknown suspects entered a home at the above location through a rear kitchen window/door and removed a Dell laptop computer, Visa debit card, and a black laptop bag.

Dundalk Avenue, 1800 block, between 5:30 p.m. and 11:55 p.m., June 20. An unknown suspect entered a home at the above location through an open second-story window and removed a laptop, camera and a Proteus light machine.
