Police Charge Dundalk Man after Barricade Situation

Clifton Rodney Duncan Jr. is in jail facing multiple charges, according to Baltimore County police.

Police identified the man involved in the situation Wednesday that resulted in a school lockdown and store evacuation as Clifton Rodney Duncan Jr.

Duncan, 32, of the 2600 block of Yorkway, has been charged with first-degree burglary, malicious destruction of property, five counts of false imprisonment and other offenses, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.

Police said Duncan is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center with bail set at $350,000.
