Police Identify Dead Home Invader, Rosedale’s Most Dangerous Railroad Crossings, and 56 Vacant Homes Up for Auction

1. Baltimore County Police identify a man killed during a home invasion robbery. Police say that dead man, and another who escaped, broke into an Essex apartment early Sunday morning.

2. An expert says that a nearly two-mile stretch of railroad track in Rosedale where a train derailed in May could be the most dangerous stretch of track in the country.

3. A three-alarm fire Saturday at the former Seagrams Distillery in Dundalk remains under investigation. The weekend blaze is the latest in a series of set fires at the Sollers Point Road property.

4. A Towson man was one of five people killed in a helicopter crash Saturday night in Pennsylvania.

5. Nearly 60 vacant homes in the Remington, Reservoir Hill and Station North Arts District will be auctioned to the public today at noon. Minimum bid is $5,000.
