Police Identify Man Found Dead Behind Logan Elementary

Baltimore County police officials have identified the man found dead Tuesday morning behind Logan Elementary School.

Daniel Cedillo, 28, of an unknown address in Baltimore city, died of hypothermia, according to the medical examiner's office.

A Logan employee found the victim lying at the extreme rear of the school property on Dunmanway at about 7 a.m. Tuesday. Police were called and Cedillo was declared dead at the scene, according to police officials.

very sad. right behind my home off Dunmanway. and they say to check on the elderly. prayers to the family. so young. saw the the police lights out my kitchen window that morning. wonder if he needed help.........god bless.
