1. Former Baltimore Oriole Cal Ripken has teamed up with his former team and others to offer a $100,000 for information leading to the arrest of the man who kidnapped his mom, Vi Ripken, a year ago. The case is also being featured on the America’s Most Wanted website.

2. It used to be a right of passage but a new study by the AAA Foundation on Highway Safety finds that fewer teens are getting their drivers licenses by the age of 18.

3. A woman used a kitchen knife to beat a man and rob him in Pikesville.

4. If you travel the Beltway near Towson you might need to leave a little earlier to get to work on time. The State Highway Administration is warning of possible delays related to a resurfacing project along a 2 mile stretch between Providence and York Roads. Travelers along Liberty Roadshould expect delays related to a similar resurfacing project.
