Small Fire Contained to Bedroom of Dundalk House

Firefighters were able to extinguish the Manor Road blaze in 14 minutes.

Baltimore County firefighters were able to extinguish a small fire in a Manor Road house on Sunday in 14 minutes.

Crews received a call at about 9:34 p.m. July 22 reporting a dwelling fire in the 1700 block of Manor Road, Baltimore County Public Safety spokeswoman Cpl. Cathy Batton said Monday.

Firefighters discovered a "very small" fire that was contained to one of the bedrooms in the house.

There were no injuries and there is no known cause for the fire at this time.

"With such a small fire, I don't believe our arson team was dispatched," Batton said when asked if the fire was still being investigated.
