"If you are concerned about the future of our community, the quality of education for our children, and want to see the Baltimore County Government and school system engage with the community with regard to their plans and proposal for us, we invite you to attend and participate.

Community leaders from across the 7th District will be in attendance to present what factual information we do have at present from the county and school system about their plans and proposals for the North Point Government Center and the Norwood-Eastwood-Holabird School Cluster.

DUNDALK UNITED is a multi-community coalition of residents, parents, community leaders, educators and others with interest in supporting the Dundalk community. The members leading this effort are organizing the public information meeting to allow our citizens a chance to ask questions about the various press releases and public statements submitted to the Dundalk community in recent weeks by our local government leaders."

The group also notes that the loss of the government center property will mean the loss of the site that annually hosts Dundalk's Independence Day fireworks display.

The meeting will be held in the library's meeting room.
