County Announces Permit Hearing for Recycling Facility

The permit application is for a new North Point Road plant to process construction and demolotion material.

A public hearing is set for next month on a solid waste recycling permit in Dundalk, Baltimore County officials announced Friday.

The hearing will be held Wednesday, Nov. 7 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the North Point Library.

The permit application was filed by Bear Creek Recycling for a construction and demolition material recycling facility at 4070 North Point Road.

Documents on the permit are available on the county's website. For more information, residents are asked to call the county's office of environmental protection and sustainability at 410-887-3745. Comments on the proposal may also be mailed in writing by Dec. 12 to Edward C. Adams Jr., Director, Department of Public Works,111 West Chesapeake Avenue, Towson, MD 21204.
