Dundalk Middle Names December's Students of the Month
Five Dundalk Middle School students were recognized for excellence in academics, self-discipline and responsibility.
Dundalk Middle School has announced its Students of the Month for December.
Tisa Belcher, Isaiah Stroman, Shameerah Stroman, Nick Parrish and Sara Lawsonwere were selected for the honor based upon excellence in academics, self-discipline and responsibility.
The student recognition program has existed for about 10 years, according to special education teacher Dana Foot. Students are nominated for the honor by grade-level teachers and staff members.

Honored students receive a certificate, a pizza lunch with school administrators and have their photograph posted on the school bulletin board by the main office.
