Power Outage Closes Berkshire Elementary School
All other Baltimore County public schools are opening two hours late because of extremely cold temperatures.
While most Baltimore County public schools are opening two hours late today in response to extremely cold temperatures, the students at Berkshire Elementary School will have the entire day off.
The school has no power, according to school system officials, which prompted the unexpected day off.
