Colgate Elementary School is affected by the water main break.

UPDATED 10 a.m. Jan. 27 — According to school system spokeswoman Diana Spencer, a water main break is not to blame for the closure of Colgate Elementary today. The problem is a heating or water pipe that burst inside the school, according to Spencer.
