Info Released About Crash That Killed Lacrosse Coach from Dundalk

A toxicology test and a lawsuit have been making headlines in Pennsylvania, where the bus crash that killed Kristina Trionfo Quigley occurred.

When a Dundalk High School alumna was killed in a bus crash on the Pennsylvania Turnpike March 16, officials said it was unclear what caused the crash.

Kristina Trionfo Quigley, who graduated from Dundalk in 2001, was on the bus with the Seton Hill University lacrosse team she coached when the vehicle crashed, killing her and the driver.

The bus veered off the Pennsylvania Turnpike and hit a guardrail before slamming into a tree, leaving a hole in the vehicle, The Patriot-News reported.

One of the Seton Hill lacrosse players injured in the crash is suing the bus company for negligence on the part of the driver, according to CBS 21 News.

A recently released toxicology report indicates the bus driver had neither drugs nor alcohol in his system, according to central Pennsylvania's Fox 43.
