Dundalk Farmers Market Open for Business Today

Seven vendors offer a variety of produce, meats and flowers.

The Dundalk Farmers Market is open for business, with a variety of produce and other food items available in the outdoor mart in downtown Dundalk.

The market has for years opened on the first Saturday after Dundalk's Heritage Fair, but farmers and customers alike wanted to get a head start this summer and opened for the season on June 9.

In addition to traditional farm vegetables, vendors are also offering chicken and beef, eggs, honey, pee pollen, jams and jellies and flowers.
