Charlie has a great pool accessorry/cue pro shop (and has a large selection of cues and cases (both in brands and styles) to choose from). I've bought many accessories, training aids and even a couple of cues, and also I've have them do my tech work (cleaning/waxing) on my cue when they need it. I just wished he also had a shop like this in the DC/NoVA area, so I wouldn't have to drive to Baltimore.
