Baltimore County Savings Bank is expected to combine a drive-thru and branch on Holabird Avenue.

Baltimore County Savings Bank officials broke ground on a permanent, freestanding bank branch on Holabird Avenue Wednesday morning.  “Since opening our Dundalk branch in 1976, we have built many long-standing relationships with our customers and the community,” said Joseph Bouffard, president and CEO of BCSB in a press statement. “We are thrilled to make an even greater commitment to the community at the heart of our bank footprint by providing a new, larger and modern branch to service their needs.
