Thirty-two Baltimore-area restaurants will give free meals to the customers who know the magic words.

For the next three Thursday mornings, Chick-fil-A customers who say, "The early bird gets the chicken" will be rewarded with a free breakfast meal. The magic words have to be uttered between the hours of 6:30 and 10:30 a.m., according to a statement from the company. The Eastpoint Mall franchise is participating in the giveaway scheduled for the mornings of Jan. 24 and 31 and Feb. 7. Free meal choices will vary by restaurant, but could include the chain's chicken or spicy chicken biscuit; Chick-n-Minis; sausage, egg and cheese biscuit; bacon, egg and cheese biscuit; or the chicken or sausage breakfast burrito, according to the statement.
