Community College of Baltimore County-Dundalk women's basketball coach returns with flourishing Baltimore-area broadcasting career.
Shortly after Community College of Baltimore County-Dundalk announced Nayka Mendoza's departure last spring after two seasons as the women's basketball coach, the college re-hired Rob Long, who founded the program in 2004. After four years at the College of Notre Dame, where he led the school to a berth in NCAA Division III tournament in 2007, Long returned to the Lady Lions bench with a flourishing radio career as the weekday morning host on Fox Sports Radio at 1370 AM. Recently, the Lady Lions knocked off Anne Arundel Community College Friday in overtime, but have struggled in Long's first year back with a 7-16 mark.
