Baltimore County Police: 1 Shot in Mo's Seafood Robbery

Officials said the victim, who was hospitalized, is the manager of the Eastern Avenue restaurant.

The manager of the Eastern Avenue Mo's Seafood restaurant was hospitalized after being shot during an armed robbery Tuesday morning, according to the Baltimore County Police Department. At 12:50 a.m., two masked men with handguns entered the restaurant on the 7600 block of Eastern Avenue as employees were preparing to close, police said. One suspect detained five employees in the front of the store while the other man escorted the manager into the back office and took cash, police said. According to the report, there was a struggle and the gun went off, hitting the manager in the chest. Police said that the manager, a 54-year-old man, was treated for injuries not believed to be life threatening at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. …

'Suspicious Subject' Shot, Killed by Police in Dundalk

Baltimore County Police Homicide Detectives are investigating the incident.

Two Baltimore County police officers are on administrative leave after a police involved shooting left one man dead in Dundalk early Sunday morning. Officers responded to Seaside Road and Dunmanway at about 2:15 a.m. on Sept. 23 to investigate a "suspicious subject," Lt. Robert McCullough stated in a press release. "The officers were attempting to interview the subject when he became combative. The subject then suddenly attempted to take one of the officer's firearm. Fearing for the officers' safety, a second officer pulled out his firearm and shot the subject," McCullough stated. Good Samaritan Shot Multiple Times in Dundalk Fight

Victim was attempting to come to the aid of a friend.

A Good Samaritan who attempted to come to the aid of a friend involved in a fight was shot multiple times early Tuesday and is hospitalized. Baltimore County police responded to a call at 2:34 a.m. Aug. 14 about a fight in the 100 block of Kinship Road, according to department spokeswoman Louise Rogers-Feher. The fight, which involved a man and the shooting suspect, took place outside in front of an apartment, Rogers-Feher said. The victim, a friend of the man involved in the fight, attempted to help his friend and ended up being shot himself. "This was one time where trying to be a Good Samaritan didn't pay," Rogers-Feher said. "But you have to try." UPDATE: Dundalk Shooting, Stabbing in Possible Home Invasion Robbery

Police responded to the 700 block of Aldworth Road Sunday morning.

UPDATE (9:40 p.m.)—Two victims of a possible home invasion robbery in Dundalk were hospitalized on Sunday morning, Baltimore County police announced. At about 10:44 a.m. on May 27, police responded to the 700 block of Aldworth Road, where an 30-year-old male suffered a gun shot wound and a 28-year-old female suffered multiple stabbing wounds. The man and woman are boyfriend and girlfriend, police said. The man was flown by medevac to Maryland Shock Trauma with serious injuries, while the woman was taken by ambulance to MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, according to police.
