Pedestrian Dies After Accident in Middle River
Police are investigating a fatal accident that occurred Saturday evening.
UPDATE (7:15 p.m. Sunday)—A woman is dead after being hit by a car in the Middle River area Saturday evening. Baltimore County Police identified the woman on Sunday as 60-year-old Dianna Rae Brooks of no fixed address. A tweet from Baltimore County Police and Fire confirmed a pedestrian was hit on Pulaski Highway near Holly Drive at about 7:40 p.m. Saturday. According to a police press release, Brooks was standing on the eastbound side of Pulaski Highway (Route 40) at Holly Drive when she was struck by a Ford 150 pickup. Police said she died on the way to Franklin Square Hospital. Eastbound Pulaski Highway between Martin Boulevard and Holly Drive was closed to traffic while police investigated, according to Cpl.
