VIDEO: Half-Naked Orioles Fan Slides into Home Plate

Christopher E. Fatkin, 20, allegedly ran onto the field of an Orioles game during the seventh-inning stretch on Friday night.

PERRY HALL, Md.—Umpire Jeff Kellogg is being hailed a hero after he tackled a shirtless man during the seventh-inning stretch at Camden Yards Friday night. A family member has confirmed that the alleged streaker, 20-year-old Christopher E. Fatkin of Parkville, was arrested after the incident. YouTube videos show Fatkin sliding into home plate before his run-in with Kellogg. "Kellogg chased him down from behind, wrapped him with both arms and took him to the warning track with an open-field tackle," Patch editor Sean Welsh reported for MLB.com. Fatkin graduated from Perry Hall High School in 2010. According to his Facebook profile, he is a member of the reggae/rock band Sensible Roots. Missing Girl Possibly in Dundalk, White Marsh

Coryn Morrison was last seen in White Marsh on Jan. 30.

Coryn Morrison, 14, who was reported missing by her family on Feb. 1, has been seen at White Marsh and Eastpoint malls, a Baltimore County police spokeswoman said. Baltimore County police Detective Cathy Batton told Patch that the case is being worked by the county's crimes against children unit, as is standard procedure for runaways. "The only new information we have at this point is that she's been seen at White Marsh and Eastpoint malls," Batton said. Morrison's stepmother, Juliet Ames said her family is still waiting for her to return home more than two weeks after she was reported missing to the police. Baltimore County Police Officer Arrested on Assault Charges

Police say Officer First Class Brian Eaton of Parkville, stationed at Pikesville, is charged with first-degree assault and other charges in an alleged domestic incident Sept. 23.

An officer stationed at the Pikesville precinct was arrested Tuesday night and charged with first-degree assault and other charges in connection with an alleged domestic incident on Sept. 23 involving another officer, a Baltimore County police spokeswoman told Patch. Elise Armacost, a police spokeswoman, said Wednesday that a warrant for Officer First Class Brian Eaton, 23, of Parkville, "was served last night." Eaton is charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault, false imprisonment and destruction of property, stemming from an alleged incident with his ex-girlfriend, who is also an officer stationed at Pikesville, Armacost said. Two Baltimore County Employees Charged in Copper Theft Scheme

Dundalk and Parkville men charged with stealing copper from county government-owned radio tower antenna sites.

Two Baltimore County government employees have each been charged with two counts of theft after they were accused of stealing copper wires from county work sites and selling the material for cash, according to court documents obtained by Patch. Steven Todd Ellick, 39, of the 7900 block of St. Monica Drive, Dundalk, whose job title is Carpenter II, was served a summons Aug. 17 and faces two charges of theft less than $1,000. A trial date has been set for Oct. 3. Phillip Lee Schlothauer, 52, of the 2400 block of Ellis, Parkville, whose job title is also Carpenter II, was arrested and charged Aug. 5 with two counts of theft less than $1,000.
