County, state and federal officials will hold a ceremonial groundbreaking ceremony Tuesday for a low- to moderate-income senior apartment complex already under construction on Dundalk Avenue near the Logan Village Shopping Center. The ceremony will be held at 11:30 a.m. May 14, at the construction site, 3455 Dundalk Ave. Officials scheduled to attend the groundbreaking include Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz, Maryland State Senator Norman Stone, Baltimore County Councilman John Olszewski Sr., U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Field Office Director Carol B.
