TMZ reported a lawsuit filed by a second man accuses Clash of having underage sex with him.

As news spread Tuesday of puppeteer Kevin Clash's resignation from Sesame Street, the website TMZ reported that the resignation comes after the filing of a lawsuit against Clash by a second accuser. TMZ reported that Cecil Singleton, the accuser named in the suit, alleges that Clash had a sexual relationship with him in 2003. Singleton, now 24, according to the website, claims that he met Clash on a gay phone chat line, and also said that Clash "trolled" such phone chat rooms "to meet and have sex with underage boys." Singleton is demanding more than $5 million in his lawsuit against Clash, according to TMZ. Clash, 52, is a Turner Station native and a 1979 graduate of Dundalk High School.
