The Dundalk Renaissance Corporation is a non-profit, community-based membership organization and community development corporation dedicated to revitalizing the greater Dundalk community.  

DRC's mission is to develop and implement community-endorsed plans to revitalize, improve and promote Dundalk's neighborhoods, economy, and quality of life.  As a 501 (c) 3 organization, we utilize grants, loans, and tax-deductible contributions to fulfill our mission.

Housing  We work to boost renovation standards and home values through incentive grants for current homeowners and high-quality, historic, green renovations to attract new buyers.  Creating opportunities for people at many income levels, we seek to greatly expand Dundalk’s market appeal.  

Main Street  Dundalk’s historic shopping area and town center embody our overall community’s small-town feel.  We work with businesses and residents to support our stores and attract new ones through promotional events, marketing, business development, and façade improvement grants. 

Greening  Reviving the Greening of Dundalk tree-planting initiative that began 20 years ago, we organize volunteers to reduce pollution, increase environmental consciousness, enhance our parks, and make Dundalk more beautiful and sustainable.

Planning  DRC originated from a community planning process and we continue to seek implementation of larger-scale revitalization proposals and to promote inclusive, sound planning.
